Happy Winter! The Resort is now open for skiing & riding and our downtown is charming and festive for the holidays. Gift Certificates are available for the unique Holiday gift of a stay at the Mariposa. Or just treat yourself for your Steamboat winter getaway! The Lodge is still available as a full vacation home rental as well as a bed and breakfast for the 2011-12 ski season.

We are a No Smoking and No Pets facility. We do ask for a two night minimum on weekends but we will book a single room if it is still available on the Thursday before the weekend. CANCELLATION POLICY: As confirmation of your reservation, we do take a deposit of half of the amount of your stay. The balance is to be paid upon check out. If you cancel your reservation outside of fourteen days, we will refund your full deposit less a twenty dollar service fee. Reservations cancelled within fourteen days are subject to a forfeit of deposit.
