Our Reservation Policies – Garden by the Sea B&B

High Season: December 20th to April 15th
Minimum Reservation Nights:
6 for the Terrace View
5 for the Garden Suite
4 for the Wild Ginger

Mid/Low Season: April 16th to December 19th
Minimum Reservation Nights:
5 for the Terrace View
4 for the Garden Suite
3 for the Wild Ginger

If smaller gaps form, we may book less than the minimum, but never fewer than 3 nights.

High Season: January 3rd to April 15th
Minimum Reservation Nights = 6 nights
Low Season: April 16th to December 19th
Minimum Reservation Nights = 5 nights

Holiday Season: December 20th to January 2nd
Minimum Reservation Nights = 7 nights
If smaller gaps form, we may book these, but never fewer than a 4-night minimum.
